You lost right there, methods can and most of the time work if you believe that they will. Knowing that you may be a beginner, you could request the aid of an entity. Don’t know who but I suggest you use that search bar.

Without know how I could take a big guess that not knowing who that third person is could prove a pain in the ass. I recommend that you learn their name and know what they look like. You know basic things, then describe that to whatever entity you choose.
Being selective won’t get you anywhere.
