Huh yes I know but I’m curious to what extent it is possible

Because I read here hole conversation’s with entities and I’m honestly pretty interested to learn that

Bear in mind, these conversations are often very subtle, they may be not words heard, but impressions interpreted, or automatic writing. You are in trance close to the dream state and write it down so that you don’t forget it when you return to day-today state of mind.

So if you’re reading those and imagining it as being like a conversation between humans, that’s very rare, especially for beginners, or eve intermediate, and you’re getting the wrong impression don’t beat yourself up for not doing that, almost no-one is.

I can’t fully judge, but I’m always wondering how much is actual spirit communication and how much is own interpretation with those complex conversations. In any case, it’s good to take whole extensive conversations with a grain of salt. Especially if the poster seems like a beginner or intermediate.

I guess if you are good at full astral travel it might be possible or easier to have an actual face to face sit down.

How you communicate also depends on which of your astral senses are innate and/ or developed. For me the ones I am more naturally gifted at are clairsentient (psychic “feeling) and claircognisant (psychic “knowing”). I have practiced and further developed those more than the others, so it’s rare that I actually clearly see and hear astral things in trance state. That’s something I really have to work at during things like evocations etc. I sense presence and intention and whatever information is handed to me, for instance, is by way of me inexplicably knowing the answer of a question or by a sudden new insight into a theory I have. Usually paired by sensing a foreign energy behind it.
