How love letter effects relationship

I have been dating with an entity for almost 5 months staight sex, love included anyway so I decided t write him love letter in rune alphabet because I knoe it has strong energy, anyway I am planning to dissolve it in water later because water the elements of emotions
I also planning to use some herbs and dragon blood on my paper

Has anyone any idea? ShouldnI keep it in a jar or should I dissolve it?

I tried to dissolve paper in water once too. In a bottle. It didn’t.
Keep that in mind because you might get disappointed. You could however use (or make) an ink that will dissolve.
