We’ve all been there, and I’ve been doing magick of various types for over 25 years, so when I see someone who has 3 or 5 years under their belt railing about newbies, all that tells me is that they’re still in reaction to their younger and more ignorant self.
There are no stupid questions, the hunger for knowledge is ALWAYS noble and to be respected, since the seeker may well ascend to levels we can barely imagine; and also, the natural enthusiasm new people bring to the topic is what stops it falling into decay, and dusty group-think.
This section of the forum is explicitly FOR new magicians, and anyone who wants to tune that out is free to ignore posts made in it.
