Oh hell yea she would lmao. If I said it was for an internship she’d have her bags packed to go with me in a heartbeat 
But if I took a group of friends and said it was a vacation then she’d be more lenient. Problem is my friends are cheap and my own boyfriend asks me to pay him back for movie tickets sometimes

Lol I’m a professional writer I can cook you up something complete with Photoshop and everything. I make movies for a living I have access to all that stuff. I can even draft up a professional letter with signature and a golden embossed company seal etc whatever you want Lol.

Steps to successfully fooling your parents:
1: keep your cool, if you slip even in the slightest, you’re done
2: make your lies, etc, believable. Make false proof if you have to. Destroy anything that would even suggest you’re hiding something.
3: don’t get cocky
4: give them what they want. Let them be full of shit.
5: have a well thought out plan.
6: have a good friend.

It’s actually one of the most Haunted places on earth. There is so much crazy stuff that goes on in the only place where the Mississippi River runs east to west. The reason it is in the position it is in is because hundreds of years ago one of the world’s largest earthquakes actually shifted the river from one path to another. The place is one of the most magical on earth and it’s why I live here.
That and… The gambling casinos!
