Hello I’m wondering how to astral project to the higher realms like the Buddhist plane or whichever plane is good for self realization and spiritual growth… I’m being patient because I’m learning to lucid dream and from learning lucid dreaming I am going to astral project in my sleep
In Koetting’s soul travel course he says that you can become a literal creator in soul travel… what did he mean by that?? I’m just curious can you create things or cosmic spiritual states in soul travel??? How would a beginner astral projecter get to the states or realms ???
