I have been interested on contacting Hestia, the goddess of the hearth. I managed to get messages from her through runes(not Greek I know) and oracle cards. I performed an evocation, but didn’t even get a tingle.

If you haven’t developed your astral senses that’s why you didn’t feel anything.
What you can do is call upon her in a divination session to guide you and speak to you through the meanings of the visions and runes. Try evoking her next to fire.

Just ask for her presence in the session. Speak what you intend.

IF You can place an offering to her by your hearth in your home and scry into the flames asking her to come to you
