use more spells? use more energy in the spells? use stronger demon/ entity?

Well, I’m no expert, but I’ve never heard of that. You should be in a space where no one can bother you or interrupt you, that’s true. But you don’t have to be alone in your house or your apartment. I’m locked with my family too and I do my workings in my room late at night when everyone’s sleeping. You don’t need to be loud when talking with demons so there’s no risk your siblings can hear you.
About your bf, it seems like he just needs some time and space. This lockdown is great for that since you can’t see each other for a while. Use this time to focus on you. Don’t call or text him. He’ll start wondering if you are over him and he’ll start to worry.
