I am dying to start the mastering evocation course. I bought it, got the conformation email that directs me to the link to start the course. After I clicked the link, I signed in, and once I did that, it directed me to a page with tabs such as billing info, email, profile, etc.
I can’t find anything that says ‘start program’ or 'click here to start the video". I looked through all the tabs…nothing.
I sent the BALG customer support and submitted a ticket. Has anyone here had this problem? I want to start this program immediately. Any help would be really appreciated 
In your email it should have a link which contains your customer code. When you click that it should open up a page with a ‘take me to my purchase’ button. Click that.
I clicked the link in my email. The page that opened contained no such ‘take me to my purchase’ button…
Not sure whats going on…
