Does any bodies physical health improved after they began to become more powerful and evolve

I think so. My right shoulder used to hurt a lot after a hospitalization not long prior to when it started. I tried everthing to stop the pain, but nothing worked. But as I began to practice magic more, the shoulder began hurting less and I didn’t attempt any healing spells until several months after leaving the hospital.
