During this year I had my dark night of the soul and destruction of conceptual identity . I had encountered multiple negative beings which gave me a very hard time and as a result I developed a ptsd of sorts. Not the kind that’s flaunted about on tiktok to get attention but a real one where seeing something can send me into a anxious frenzy and nightmares for multiple days ,
So I will be journaling the recovery , if anyone cares , will be talking about , diet , the mind , different meditations , energy system ,environment , etc and how they effect me
