This is interesting. They nailed it. Hate is a spirit I am all too familiar with. Everyone is, but as stated in the video, hate channeled constructively is a powerful force. I personally took to art and poetry. I have faced a lot of personal demons that have kicked my ass, but for good reason. To face ones own inner darkness will ultimately conquer any judgements, preconceived notions and common sense fills in the rest. As long as you stick true to your own Beliefs then you already are God.
Even more powerful is what comes after hatred. Emotions require neurochemicals to be felt, and a good emotional outburst can use them up, leaving you feeling empty until they replenish themselves.
Your magic will be much more effective from that emptyness which follows an emotional purge. I tend to think it brings you closer your true will.
