Here are the instructions to create a golem using kabbalah magick method. I will give all the instructions that I know and advice.
This is step 1 ( there will be step 2 and final later)
Preliminary practice
You have to practice this preliminary ( special blessing formula) during 21 days each morning

you need to think very often to your creation

Each morning before to say the blessing you need to perform some soft exercise
and meditation. For example if you know some breathing pattern, pranayam etc it’s very good to do that first to energize yourself and have power to fuel the ritual.
4)The hard thing for most : no sexual activity and vegetarian food.
5)Make sacred Oil : pure olive oil – myrrh oil/powder – benzoin oil/powder- rose
flower petal. Equal quantity of each.
6)Each evening you will oint/put this oil on your forehead and solar plexus
7)Each evening just before to go to the bed, you will place one letter of the Holy
Alphabet with Tetragrammaton under your pillow. You will chant (vibrate) the
name of the letter 72 times and then sleep. To draw the letter use Chinese black ink. So you draw it in black ink first tetragrammaton then the letter and this is the letter that you say as a mantra 72 times each evening. You can keep the paper in hands chant the mantra and put the paper under pillow then sleep. After completing this step you are read for the next…
Step 2 = Day 22
You choose what statue to use, you can make it with clay, stone etc. But do it by your hand or buy something who will be the golem medium. See instructions to understand what to do.
- Be alone into a room and set up altar. Put candleholder 7 branch on the altar, put your left hand on the base and with right hand put one candle then lit candle ( the only light come
from the candleholder and never from any other source) and at same time chant mantra. Do that for 6 candle not for the middle candle. When you lit each candle chant :

Burn incense. Take the candle holder with your left hand and lit each candle and chant the mantra but not lit the middle candle.

When the 6 candles are lit put the one into the middle but no say anything. You should feel something strange into your arm, heaviness, tingling etc. This is a very good omen/sign for the ritual. Also the flame should move strangely…

Kneel before the statue. Do intense visualization, see it becoming alive vibrant. Take the statue and wear it at eye level with your 2 hands. See strong bright fluid of energy radiate from your hand to charge and bless the statue.

Continue until the statue resend hot energy to you ! Here you have to be into a perfect state of concentration or I’m sorry for the consequence.

You have to restart step 8 – 10 during 9 days. At the end of each session put the statue into black silk.
This is only suggestion but please keep in mind this advice : Follow always the rules that I give to avoid any problem and get the best results. You can alter many rituals but this one is not good to alter it in any way
Final Step = Day 31
The Great Ritual of Golem Activation

Draw a circle with sand or salt on the ground. Lit candle as explained and add on the altar 3 big white candle at each point of invisible triangle around the circle. First is put at east and
the other at west if the ritual is performed in the morning or 1 at west and 2 at east if the ritual is done during the night ( better at night in my opinion).

Put Myrrh oil on the 3 additional candle.
- With a needle engrave tetragramme letter on the foreheand of the Golem ( always remember that writings is from right to the left)
Prick your left index finger. Put the blood on the sacred name that you have engraved. This name is the name of God in this tradition.

Put your hand over the statue and infuse the life into it through energy who radiate from your hand ( this is like hand on healing but with different intent)

Blow on the mouth of the Golem and say YOD
Blow on the chest and say HE
Blow on the belly and say VAV
Blow on the legs and say HE
And then say with all your being, all your power, all you intent, from the depth of the divine into you chant ( ecstatic state) :
H’AYAH
- This is a cycle, do 7 cycle then let the Golem alone 24H before to give him any task.
How to control your golem and give him task ?
First meditate about your task, each step very clearly then breath rhythmically and focus on this task.
When you are ready put your right hand on the golem and give
him instruction, never be weak with him, always firm.
Never ask, you have to be the boss and give order.
At the beginning Golem need time to fulfill wish it can be 3, 9 or 21 days.
After some training he will do instant realization of wish, it can be amazing I will not say more here it is your experience who will confirm that or not.
After fulfill wish or command you have to do that : you will have to put white argile on the tetragram ( YOD HE VAV HE).
Enwrapped him with black silk like a mummy. No part of the statue is seen it means you have to cover it 100%…
Finally put it into a case made of wood and lead or if you
don’t have take aluminium paper.
Let the Golem 21 days like that before to ask him anything else. This time is to recharge his power and give him great force. In fact the more you keep it into the box/aluminium the more powerful he will become. Some Kabbalist have kept some golem years and give them task, you can imagine the power unleashed…
For the safety of people and practicer I give the Golem Destruction key.
If you need to destroy it for any reason. Draw circle, put a recipient with salt cold water. Put the Golem into the water without black silk and maintain it with heavy item into the water.
Chant the 231 mantra combination from the end to the beginning.
Point left index and turn anti-clockwise during the whole process.
Remove tetragramme from his forehead then the word EMET.
Done. Golem is destroy. Keep in mind it’s a difficult process, if your Golem is very strong he will stop you before the end. If the Golem is physical …you will be in danger. You are warned
