I have not tried Harper, but have used sound therapy from the Monroe Institute. They have done superior studies on brain enhancement. They are dedicated to synchronizing both sides of the brain. The CIA actually forced them to hand over their research. U can YouTube Hemi Sync; deep time dreaming, meta music meditation, hemi sync Gaia.
