I made a little garden spot outside of my apartment, planted some Rosemary and Lavender.

You making a smudge wand with them? I love the candle placement, btw.

Thanks! And I likely will. I don’t know how big the lavender gets, but I know rosemary can get massive, so I want it to grow a bit first so I have plenty for magic, cooking, and all sorts. I love rosemary lol

I love it. Pleasant cooking ingredient. So bold and strong.

Lavender can get pretty large if you keep it going for a couple years, nearly as big as a rosemary. They are both sub-shrubs. Give them larger pots over time and bring them in for the winter if it gets cold, and they can get very big and bushy. Try the lavender leaves (no flowers, lol) in your cooking, too. It is very similar to the rosemary and can add a little complexity to classic dishes. It compliments food on the sweeter scale of things, especially poultry with a glaze. Also good on red potatoes.
