Hi, we have family members who is currently renting a flat on our premises. I want to know if there is a way to get rid of them. I already tried the legal way, getting a lawyer. It is too expensive and there is no guarantee that they will be able to kick them out.

Jennifer, I came up with a variant on the Eviction Notice sigil tailored to your situation. As a visual representation of that intent, it’s closing your circle which forces the unwanted element out.
How to use it? I dunno. I never really worry about that kind of stuff. When the need arises, I just know what to do.
if you are good with evocation, look for a few mischief makers and set them to work at annoying and harassing your unwanted relations.
Sometimes the minor itch is the hardest to scratch.
