Candle Mirror moon Sun Cloud Gazing
What is it exactly and what does it help you with because I been getting the urge to stare at a Candles Flame and sigils and Now I feel like staring at a Mirror

Candles, mirrors, the sun and moon, incense, crystal balls/skulls and many more items/things are used for scrying, communication and other purposes. You getting the urge because there’s a part of you telling you to tap into it, or you have something trying to contact you. That’s what I got out of it.
