Caffeine when used strategically can reduce food cravings. WALK (just be careful because of the situation out there)…People run, bike, but forget to walk. 1 mile, 2 miles, 5 miles, 10 miles…build up to it.

Also, stomach is a problem for anyone using weight. Get an exercise ball and do this.

12 hours of not eating. Whenever u stop eating at night, sleep, do whatever but dont eat until 12 hours later…And its a good idea to use that fasting period for exercise.
