@Velenoes it seems that you are doing some work with the spirits to create change in yourself. However you are not mentally aligning yourself with the work and therefore creating resistance to the said change. You need to pursue the said change with greater dedication. Your depressed state of mind, negative thoughts and frustration are the root cause of this. It is the recommendation of Arachne that you do some shadow work and ego death. Hope this helps.
