How can i know in forum members that publish ´verified’ informations vs members that share their opinion that can be wrong? Should i rely on posts by moderators ?
And is there a place here or thread where i should go to read and learn ? Thank you
You don’t. What we post here is opinions, personal experiences and Unverified personal gnosis (UPG).
We do NOT believe in gurus or the One True Way here. There is no “truth”, and anyone who tells you they have it is highly questionable, probably an ego-driven scammer and you should ignore them.
You are encouraged to develop your own personal practice, try things out and then make up your own mind based on experience not other people’s hearsay.

That is very sensible and I feel the right approach, it’s also the one I took personally. As they say, “fools rush in where angels fear to tread”.
Like any other endeavor that requires skill, and carries risks from not having enough skill, from driving a car to navigating the astal, you start at the beginning with awareness of the landscape, what is possible and what is not, how to set up protections and mitigate the risks, learn how to handle issues if they come up, and THEN you try a simpler magickal practice or ritual, and feel you way as you build up a base of experience.
To translate that to magick, that means read around the subject, set up your shields and wards, learn how to banish and cleanse, start building your psychic senses, and from there start trying simpler magick that doesn’t need a lot of skill - a petition, candle magick and sigil method are common, easy and popular.

I saw in forum people talk with entities and get in agreements with them etc i really want to achieve that, in my case they just get present, my psychic hearing opens on its own occasionally but never heard Gods
i hear humans talking or singing i do not even know who im hearing , i hear like if spying on them, they talk to each other while im hearing rarely they talked to me, the ones who talked to me were just playful

if I overhear noisy telepathic impressions I ignore them - the astral is a very busy place and humans are generally deaf and blind to the unseen, so they make zero attempt to be quiet with thier surface thoughts - or emotions. I feel the same way about it that I do about hearing people talk in a cafe or something. It’s not really my business and probably not interesting.
I once started to write down the silly things I heard in light trance, but it was so banal and meaningless I gave up pretty quickly. My own subconscious sometime blathers boring and stupid stuff too sometimes - like I can hear it dreaming while I’m awake. 
No big deal, but be nice to your subconscious, acknowledge it and let is know you heard, and the more it talks the more useful it gets.
Yes, so once you have made contact, (e.g., via the sigil method) ask a question, and just wait for the answer. Write down the first thing that comes to mind automatically, without judging or thinking about it, and see what you get.

lol thats exactly how i view it! In my case i tried hearing the jokes i thought they will be funny since i heard them laughing when i focused on the joke it was lame so i just ignored lol
I will try that technique, i never tried, i always thought i should wait until hearing them in their voice, i do not know how common is this, i only got talked to rarely but it was just 1 phrase and i go out of trance because of excitement

I know that feeling
The info is being filtered through your subconscious, and so it sounds like your voice, but saying things you’d not think of. It can also seem like suddenly remembering a thing you know you never knew before, or getting a flash of an image or a whole story - it takes no time to get it and ages to write it all down. Some people call this a “download”.
As you keep working with your subconscious, it learns how to communicate better and better, and starts to activate brain firing that will sound like the entities voice, and that’s when it’s called clairaudience.
