I would like to start focusing while meditating to improve my dreams. to be more focused while In a dream. And eventually I’m hoping it will turn into a lucid dream. How’s that sound? What’s your thoughts on the idea it just came to me.
you don’t need that. Just tell yourself each night before bed you want lucid dream. Suggest to your mind you want to remember the dream. soon the mind will follow your order. Make it like a mantra as you drift to sleep.
