Awesome. Yeah thats plenty. Also if you are already doing these things i would maybe start to incorporate some energy work eg. working with chakras, i know theres a big thing about removing them now but I think in the beginning they are a good source of energy for astral abilities.

You dont have to.im sure. You can just work on the individual energy centres.

Buiding your energy. Protective shield building,aura work. Robert Bruce has a good book on energy work although i cant remember its name atm
