Ive made a decision today to finally fix all my bad coping mechanisms, im putting away the blade and gonna fix my ways. Any tips or spirits to help with mental health
First of all. Im from texas too so thats cool. But a big tip that i can say is switch the blade to the pen. Write about things or draw instead of the other activity. It helps as you are releasing the emotion and not dwelling with it. Im not surebon any deities, but any health deitiss should be able to help. Good luck. I believe youre strong enough to adhere to your will.
you should see my arm rn, i have way too much pen on my arm for it to be healthy, and thank you
no problem. And get a book lol. Or a roll of papyrus. (I may be a bit one-sided as im starting work with the Egyptian pantheon)
Ah ok, drawing on your skin can be bad when it gets to be a lot, ill definitely get myself something else
The Archangel Raphael, if you are open to working with an Archangel.
but as for entities with mental health, Beaivi is a Goddess of Mental Health
Alrighty thank you, ill be sure to reach out
yes Texas gang and thank you
I just think drawings and words should never be lost. Lol.
Freyja and Odin if you decide on Norse. Eir too. You could work with the energies of Lyfjaberg or Vanaheim.
Demon Buer and Archangel Raphael !
Duke Dantalion can help!!
Best wishes, & I hope your mental health improves vastly!!
So some Egyptian gods and goddesses:
Horus : empowerment.
Nebt-het : health
Nekhbet: protecter of women births and pharaoh.
Ra: empowerment and used sometimes in medicine
Thoth:he said to have written 42 books from political law to medicine. He may help.
Thats true but my drawings always tend to look better on my arm then on paper
Ok thank you, this is very appreciated
Thank you as well
Hmm sounds interesting, ill have to do my research
Yea, i would have NEVER dreamed of working with the Egyptian pantheon(due to not being drawn on to them) but recently a scan showed me that they wanted to work with me. If you get into Egyptian gods and goddesses. Really just show humility and respect and they will treat you like family.
Hmm ok, thank you
