Fasting and positive meditation

Hi.

I’ve done a couple of fasts but the last was last year. My first was a 3 day fast of just water and prayer meditation and I got a better opportunity .
The other fast was a 3 week fast of cutting out meats and comfort foods and drinks such as tea coffee and sweets I like to have. But with meditation and prayer. I got many opportunity offers. Fasting with a goal is a type of magic that works. But it needs self discipline and sometimes solitude.

I plan to do it again a fast and prayer sometime.
