I’d like for everyone to please give me names I can look up. They don’t have to be human, but they can’t be gods.

You won’t find many famous non Gods in norse mythology, and when it came to “famous witches” or “sorcerers” they were Gods in norse mythology.

However, just famous beings in it: Alberich, Dvalinn, Norðri, Suðri, Austri, and Vestri.
