Experiences with the Djinn

I guess you just don’t have as much as you thought, that’s okay I don’t hold it against you, the disbelief you have holds no real weight, maybe someday you will develop further hopefully.

When I was a kid, I was very scared and paranoid of djinn as I had an Islamic based faith. But I couldn’t keep researching about them either. These led me into some weird/scary dreams that I would see them as shadowy humanoid figures. There were even an instance of a pretty close encounter where I was pretty much threatened by something that I felt its ‘breath’ in a kind of sense. It could be a severe case of me projecting my fears, who knows.

At the height of my fear, I was pretty convinced I was haunted, and started repeating the Falak and Nas suras for hours, I did it basically all night. My body was like a hot rod. I kept going, until I felt a cold ease all over my body.

I don’t know wtf happened that day, could be just me getting juiced up by repeated chanting, placebo, or I really managed to excorsise/banish something that day. My close friend who deals with Havass ilm and Ruhaniyyat, thinks so.

Jinn aren’t the safest to work with, I agree there. However, you dismissing someone’s experiences due to them not following your methods is a bit close-minded and ignorant. People don’t have to follow already written rituals to succeed, you can create your own just the same and have things work out.

We have to remember that even the oldest rituals were written by practitioners and it’s always encouraged to work in ways that are best for you - Their rituals being what worked best for them.

Jinn aren’t the easiest to summon but that honestly isn’t the hardest part. The hardest part when working with jinn is building up their trust enough for things to be consistently effective.

Another thing that I want to mention when it comes to jinn is that they speak many languages, it’s not exclusively Arabic. The ancient Mesopotamians worked with them and so did the Persians, they didn’t speak Arabic yet those cultures were able to effectively work with them? I am sure that they had their own rituals too. I personally think that they read more into the energy then the words spoken but that is my own personal take when it comes to that stuff.

———

When it comes to my own experiences with jinn, I have worked with them for a little over half of a decade now. I will say that they came to me first so perhaps that in itself was a head start, but as time went by I went on to summon them in my own way.

Jinn are very unpredictable and all protective measures should be taken because you never know what you are going to get. I will say that you shouldn’t start out with binding them though due to the grim history they have involving it.

If you bind a jinn without consent you will probably make your situation worse, especially if your attempt fails (even if you succeed they will take any opportunity to sever it). All I can emphasize is that trust is a huge thing when it comes to them.

Give them offerings, maybe do favors for them from time to time as a way to make the relationship stronger and more mutual. As your relationship grows, you will be able to explore their culture a bit more and find it easier to interact with other jinn that are higher then them.

I always suggest working with the lesser jinn first and then build your way up to the kings. I don’t really suggest outright going to the kings because things can fall apart pretty quickly and fast if you don’t properly approach them.

I consider the peris and jann to be more of the humanitarians amongst the jinn. They tend to be the most curious when it comes to us and tend to be more inclined to interact. The ifrit and marid are definitely not for beginners due to them being a stronger variant of jinn (ifrit being the most cynical in regards to humans).

When it comes to offerings, my go to’s are tabacco, wine (they tend to like merlot the most lol), and occasionally blood if it is an Ifrit.

Uhhh… Anyway, I can go on forever so here is a tid bit in regards to my experiences with them. c:

Man that’s a great post you provided tons of valuable insights there. Especially on the subject of what offerings are pleasing to them. Thank you for sharing this us.

They do not like man kind. According to the quran djinns were created before us so when we came to earth they had to retrain and hide because they were lesser then human beings.

Djinn predate the Quran, they have been known since before Islamic influence.

Depends on the type of djinn, the chtonic ones really dislike humans.
The celestial ones are benevolent.

if you have worked with demons from qlipath or goetia, is it true that djin manifestation in physical form are more solid and tangible than demons?

I’ve never actually evoked a djinn personally, directly. My teacher would allow spirits to speak through him as a medium.

With regards to the goetics and manifestation. Ive been able to achieve this twice using a method called “structuring”. It’s basically building a body for the spirit to animate using visualization. The successes were with a spirit I’ve been working with a long time. I’m not sure if the spirit being in the mood helped or not. You can do a forum search on that word structuring to know more.

As to the Djinn I have corwin hargroves practical djinn magick book that I’m reading now. I want to be properly prepared for contact with the djinn before making an attempt.

From my experience, when a jinn is evoked they are a lot more tangible in comparison to the majority of spirits that I have worked with.

I speculate that this is the case due to jinn having close ties to the earth similar to the Loa who also manifest in a similar fashion.

Through observation I have noticed that a good amount of jinn like to take on the forms of animals and have actually possessed companions of mine as a easier way to communicate (it’s a really weird experience, not sure if they have done that with other people lol).

I have worked with Moroccan ones briefly.

I have dreamt of them and routinely burn incense for them. They are powerful, have lots of history and highly stalkerish but so far have respected my boundaries. But I don’t summon them just study

My God yes they are…Thank you X 1000 for saying that I knew they were stalkers. That completely goes along with my experiences of them.

I had three very bad ones stalk me for a year. Absolutely terrifying.

Azazel and Marquis Leraje finally put a stop to it.

It was crazy. They’d follow me around from place to place. They’d possess people near me.

I learned to use the vibration from my Tibetan singing bowl to drive them away. Make no mistake my friends the djinn are very powerful.

So how do you lot view, work with jinn?

I’m currently reading through corwin hargroves practical Djinn magick. I plan to use his system. I view the djinn as a race made before ours, a race made of smokeless fire and such. They’re fascinating I think. What do you think?

I haven’t read that book.but I will have a look at it…but I agree, race before ours, smoke and fire…they surprisingly are also meant to be blessed with free will. You are right definitely intriguing…
