3 years ago I had to break up with my fiancee because of his financial situation.
I was covering for his debts, bills etc.
His family was broke,
I was the one who always willing to give and do the sacrifice
But my family prevented our relationship
I became obssessed with him it has been 3 years but I haven’t forgetten him

I wonder is there any sigils to let him communicate with me is there any angels I can work with.

I think you should create one for this.Since your exes name will be different, its impossible to find a proper sigil unless you will ask another spirit to do this.

No, make it in present moment.
Like (ex) communicates with me.
Because if you put a future tense, it will always stay in future, subconcious works like that.But if you say it in present moment it will work to make it a reality.
