E.A. said in his Evocation seminar that the best way to practice evocations are to just do them. My question is, Can I assign tasks to the entities even though I cannot confirm any hearing or seeing of them?

Most definitly! What you believe is what you get! Not hearing or seeing them doesn’t mean they’re not there.
