If you’re chanting an enn, focus on the demon you are trying to connect with.

right now what im doing is i get in to trance by polling my vision back and looking up and closing my eyes i feel the pressure in my forehead than i chant but nothing happens 
i think i may not be chanting long enough.
What exactly are you expecting to happen?

You’re not going to see anything simply chanting an enn. An enn just invokes the energy of the demon into the environment. To evoke, you have to actually summon them, to call them forth before you.

i know you need to structure after you feel the energy
and is my method of polling my vision back and looking up and closing eye like i said that gives the forehead pressure and a bit lite head?
I assume that’s just your method for getting into trance, and is only a very first step in evocation.

i read thats the way ea does it in his course mastering evocation with out tools?
Like I said, the technique of staring at the line wehre the ceiling and wall meet and “pulling your vision back” is simply for getting into trance. That’s only the first step in evocation. You still have to call the spirit, and learn how to see and hear it.

yes but all i have to do to call the spirit is to say its name over and over,
then get the room to fog which i can easily
