Entity to avoid technology/paypal issues

Now this is kinda weird but is there an entity or demon that can help with technology such as paypal? Problem is I keep getting “limited” when trying to sell my items on eBay. Whenever i am limited, I cannot spend what i got paid with nor can I keep selling.

Also is there an entity to make my sales sell quicker? Better chances of selling, etc?
