I was wondering if anyone has ever used electronic versions of Sigils to perform evocations and establish substantial contact with spirits.
If I used my phone with the sigil of a demon on it will that be acceptable? I tried charging it and it works. But was curious if a full evocation to materialisation could be performed this way. We do live in a digital age…but do the spirits care? Has anyone ever tried this? Thank you for your feedback and advice!!!
Twice I’ve been contacted by spirits I wasn’t expecting to come into my life as a result of, with the first one, watching a video of an evocation, and with the second because someone on here posts about that spirit a lot.
That leads me to think they’re as happy using this medium as any other, at least on some occasions.

Thank you again Lady Eva! I can always count on your guidance
The truth is I am terrible at arts and crafts. When I draw Sigils it looks terrible! So I though I might as well use an electronic version or simply print it out. Thank you for your help. It’s good to know that I can still make substantial contact through an electronic version of the sigil.
You can always print them out in pale grey and then ink over them, I’ve done that with some symbols and stuff because it looks nice (IMO) and yet you keep the precision.
Even though sigils can be easily printed or painted over, i kinda like this idea of being able to use them electronically - maybe because i’m grown into computers so much that i could almost be considered as a cyborg - lol, even though i’m not your typical iphone in my hand 24/7 person which is the fad at least in this country.

Also very handy if you are not in home, and really feel like doing an evo/invocation and you do have access to internet./ but not printer and you don’t feel comfortable drawing. Well i personally don’t even have a working printer at home, but i can easily get to one thought.
( This of course if you don’t have the specific demon’s sigil that you happen to want to invoke in that moment with you of course )

Thanks for your input Black Flame. Yeah I grew up with computers and gaming so I haven’t touched pen and paper for over a decade lol.
I use my phone and computer for everything. But I thought the spirits would think Im lazy and not bother to manifest. Its good to know thats not the case
if you are gonna go with electronic sigils, then you might want to consider a set of sigils that you use often that you can keep in your phone’s photo gallery. so you can call them up quickly.
so lets say that i want to use this trick on this forum : http://www.becomealivinggod.com/newsletter/how-to-start-using-spirit-sigils-to-get-anything-you-want.html
by gazing at a sigil on a pc monitor or phone, will this work ?
also to my knowledge after that you have to tear up or burn the sigil or something like that, will deleting the sigil from the pc or phone be the same as burning or tearing up the sigil ? or just closing it from the screen will suffice ?
Honestly, I used my ipad to evoke Astaroth the other night. Had her sigil pulled up in my sketchbook app, red with a black background.
after that did you keep the sigil for extra use or deleted it ?
Honestly, I used my ipad to evoke Astaroth the other night. Had her sigil pulled up in my sketchbook app, red with a black background.
by the way is astaroth a demon or a goddess
It’s complicated but her name traces back to Astarte. Christianity later corrupted the names of several gods and changed the gender of almost all to male, I guess to make them all seem more intimidating. It is said their intent was to make the original Gods, Goddesses, and demi-gods that existed long before their religion did, look like evil creatures intent on destroying humanity to make their god (Christ, Yeshua, Jehovah) look like the best choice to scare people away from them, and to pervert their original names.
The term used to be Daemon, which means divine aka godlike. But it is also believed that she is the same as Goddess Isis, Ishtar, or Inanna in pagan culture. Either way she is technically a Goddess figure, her original identity was Astarte (female), later changed to Ashtoreth and indentified as male as the pronunciation of Ashtoreth back then was a twist on her real name made to purposefully sound negative and shameful, then the name was later changed again to Astaroth as modern day english changed. She appears to me as female but will take the form of a male if you have been trained to believe she is male, then she will reveal her feminine identity to you unless you prefer her to presume as male. But she will respond to either Astaroth or Astarte. Those who knew of her before christianity perverted everything, claim she is intent on helping humanity. She is very pleasant to work with.
Everyone has different experiences, so someone here may have always seen her as male during evocation. But her female form is quite beautiful, inviting and almost angelic. I did not erase the sigil afterward, I have it stored in a file on my ipad. I closed the mental gateway I created thru the sigil and exited out of the file. I believe, exiting out of the file and not viewing it again until needed, is the same as putting a paper sigil away or burning it. It’s out of sight, out of mind.
Given the idea to do so by this forum topic, I tried using an electronic sigil the other day. I tried it using my iPhone though and because it automatically darkens is screen after being idle for only a couple of minutes, it just didn’t work for me at all. I would have thought that would be the case for most devices. Hmm I’m going to play wit the settings and see if I can change it.
You should be able to turn that off so the screen will stay on and lit until you turn it off yourself. Usually found under power/battery saving mode or sometimes under screen>backlight or display>brightness settings. I have mine set to stay on until I put my ipad in sleep mode.
I closed the mental gateway I created thru the sigil and exited out of the file.
what do you mean by the mental gateway and how to close it ? and thank you for your reply very much

During evocation you have to consecrate the sigil of the demon you wish to to summon in order to open the sigil so it becomes a gateway for them to enter into this world. Eric explains how to open a sigil in detail, you basically visualize it coming to life and becoming a gateway in which the demon can enter into this world and visualize it so strongly that the lines of sigil start to flash, disappear, or lift off the paper, but with closing it, as the evocation comes to an end you basically have to mentally imagine the demon leaving and exiting back thru the sigil, in your mind, and see the sigil gateway closing after the demon’s presence has left. Imagine the gateway becoming no longer active, the lines of sigil stop flashing and the sigil slowly again becomes just a drawing on a piece of paper. Everyone sees a sigil opening and closing in their own way, but this is the best way I could explain it.
Usually the sigil is burned afterward if you only needed it open for one time use, but if you are working with a demon towards a long term goal that requires you to keep the sigil on hand during that time frame, you can’t destroy the sigil, so you must instead mentally close the gateway and fold the paper in half, then put the sigil away so you do not see it or dwell on it. The energy of the demon can still get thru the sigil so your desired results are achieved but this way the demon cannot get back thru or become stuck. Electronically, obviously you can’t burn the sigil or fold it in half either way unless you plan on setting your iphone on fire or breaking your ipad in half so the gateway must be closed in that instance too and the file either deleted or, exited out of if using a piece of art you wish to keep.
