It isn’t so much that it’s not recommended I’ve just heard/seen various things that talk about oh when you see the world through your third eye suddenly meat will seem disgusting blah blah stuff like that. I have a hard time seeing that happening especially to me- man I have to have meat. If I where rich it’d be prime rib every night! No offense to vegetarians

Rhp hippie propaganda in my opinion. Plenty of people open their third eye without their tastes changing in any way. By the way amethyst or star sapphire (mine is star ruby though) placed over Yin Tang seems to be beneficial for opening or rather strenghtening the third eye.
