What is it called when your dreaming and kinda asleep but at the same time your conscious of the noises around you while sleeping, like you can still hear it?

I experience this often. It could be sleep paralysis but I’ve never tried moving. So I am not sure. Did you try? We’re you able to?
I didn’t move cause I didn’t try either. But I just wanted to know if this was a form of lucid dreaming @Strylyn
