So I do chaos magick and black magick with Mesopotamian deities and offer my blood as libations. I did a ritual a few days ago to Baal Hadid and have since been seeing a pale woman with black hair and black eyes wearing a tattered white nightgown in my dreams and have started seeing her out of the corner of my eye during the day. She is usually looking at me with an angry expression almost glaring at me. I can’t find any info on her beside “the pale woman” but the description doesn’t match what I’m seeing. I’ve been practicing for about 8 years and have never come across this problem. Can anyone give me some leads or some insight into what/who she is?

Doesn’t sound like it’s appearance is an artifact of your own fear, and it’s just not that freindly.
What protections did you have in place before you did the working?
The standard response to this is to tell it to fuck off, banish and cleanse, then check your wards and shields that should have prevented randoms from being rude to you in your own home.
If you had these in place and feel it’s a direct result of the ritual, or you’re curious, then you can get into trance, call it and ask it what it wants. It may be a human ghost attracted by the energy of the magick hoping you can help it. If it’s not really hostile and hasn’t attacked your or tried to feed off you, it’s not a parasite per se, so it’s not a problem and there’s no rush to deal with it.
You didn’t say what the ritual was for so it’s hard to say if it’s connected as opposed to just interested in the astral noise you were making.

I posted a proper introduction. Uh the goal of the ritual was to bring fortune but I don’t think my intent was as solid as I thought. During the ritual I heard something walking around outside the area I was doing the ritual in. I had a strong feeling of something I don’t know how to describe. It seemed malevolent almost but that doesn’t quite fit. There’s an entity that lives in the forest around my place but it’s never done anything physical. I get a feeling of being watched and a feeling like what I imagine a rabbit feels when it’s being hunted when I go into the woods but it’s never been intense enough to stop me. As for protection I have tattoos. The idea is that I gave blood and pain in exchange for protection.
I’ve attempted trances before but never felt like I did it right. The dreams involve me fighting against that woman and the last one I had I was fighting multiple entities that resembled the one I described. She is the only one that I see in the day and also the only one I’ve seen more than once. As for calling it I’m not sure what name to call it by. I don’t want to call it the wrong thing and make it angrier than it already seems.
First of all that sounds like a spirit you’ve made angry. Probably nothing to do with your working. Us humans go about our daily lives without knowing what harm or offense we are causing to spirits around us most of the time, this sounds like a case of that.
What i’d do is give an offering to it as a sincere apology for any offenses caused. If that doesnt work then u can move on to what mulberry said about banishings and protections.
