I been offering Lucifer incents and Tobacco and asking him to contact me in dreams to have a relationship with me does anyone have any advice on how I can add to this things to achieve dream contact with him please and thank you

I guess you should start trying to open your astral senses. That’s a good start.
Besides, bonding with a spirit takes more than the spirit coming to your dreams. You need to talk to call him, talk to him, etc.
Other than that, I guess you have to wait. Besides, Lucifer heard you and it’s up to him now.

I had a dream with him before and he’s made he’s presences know before.
It’s a different thing for a spirit to make its presence known and to actually create a bond with it. Creating a bond takes some efford on your part too. That’s why I suggested to start trying to open your astral senses. Besides, that’s something really basic if you want to follow this path. There’s no easy way around it.

Create an astral temple for him made of gold. Have a throne chair for him and lesser one for yourself so you two can chat.
