This question has been asked many times, and I think the running consensus is that any entity that can heal people, should be able to heal animals, as healing is healing, and there is no difference in healing the human primate and any other animal.

Perhaps a charm is in order? This one is german/norse charm, very old. Odin spoke it to his injured horse according to that myth. Let your doggie hear this. I think he’ll like it.

I would work with Isis or Hecate to heal your dog, Hecate has hounds herself so she would be sympathetic to his pain
