Do subliminals work?

People say you can change your looks, eye colour, hair, etc by listening to subliminal videos over time if you do it right and I became interested. Some people even say the subliminal affirmations are from witchcraft. Anyone knows if subliminals ACTUALLY work and give results or any other thoughts on it?
