Thanks for the advice everyone!, I think I’m really starting to understand how viewpoint can effect the efficacy of an attempt to commune with a spirit 
, I think I’ll have a lot more success being aware now of that. Like I would be able to establish a connection with a spirit, and sometimes it would be sexual but like one sexual interaction per spirit if they were even down for it, but now I think its my negative ideas/ideals of sex that drive them away lol
