When sending energy to a astral matrix do i just imaging the the energy going from the back of my neck to the palm of my hand then out to the matrix? lost on that

That would work.
I don’t believe there is a specific way to do it in order to get good results. It simply depends on how you are able to more easily do it.

I haven’t evoked them to the point of physically being able to see them… Although through incense smoke yes.
But i can communicate with spirits via telepathy.

I have but it isn’t necessary to see them in that way. You can still communicate with them just as well if you don’t see them.
