Did Papa legba offer to help?

I think Papa Legba heard me
I lit a black candle and went outside with malboro gold cigarette, i just talked out with what need help with and offered the cigarette in my hand and lit it, on that same hand a white spider was crawling around the the door lights flickered.

What do you think?
