I have been told that those who have not had their third eye opened, have many many shields that block them from experiencing spirit.
The person said that is why people cannot willingly get possessed by a trusted entity.
Is that true? How do we destroy the shields.

Chakras are never closed, that’s just what people convince themselves, chakras require internal work and practice that’s all, there’s no shields or every excuse in the book for people to make to avoid putting the work in. They just assume that if they use these excuses and someone fixes it for them that they’ll be seeing entities clear as day but no it requires work and progress that comes over time.
