So with my adhd I have a hard time in front of me while my wife is healing so my idea is to ask a demon for help with focus and to get me energy for a few weeks.
Do you have any beings that you would recommend for that?

I do meditate at least 10 minutes a day already and I know my diet but I need something more right now.
