Dealing with workplace bullies

Hi, for reasons I can’t share much context other than it is incredibly hard if not impossible to garner any evidence and report this through the normal routes. I am being bullied mostly verbally and psychologically by two more senior colleagues.

I am a total beginner at magick here with zero experience or success in communicating or summoning demons/spirits so some of the other relevant threads I’ve looked that don’t seem to have feasible solutions for my case. With my circumstances in mind, could anyone advise as to what’s the most I could do to defend myself, and if possible turn their own hostility against them plus get some justice? Please help as this issue is taking a mental toll on me. I’m open to both right and left hand path solutions here.

You could try too work with Duke Alloces(he can bind your enemies)

That or you can can work with spirits like Marquis Forneus, Duke Gusion and President Botis(all three of them can help with protecting your reputation, they can also potentially make your boss or bosses like you more) Your bosses are the only people at the work place that actually matters, as those can give you promotions and such.

Their are plenty of spirits in the Goetia that could help you, spirit work is difficult, but you are definetly capable of learning it, as many others in this forum and other forums have managed too learn it

Here is a thread about Andras and Malphas dealing with a coworker that the company just refused to fire for a long time. For this, I recommend Malphas tho.

Thanks for the tip! I’d have to refine my demon summoning in general first though, have not been so successful on that end yet :confused: but worth a go!

I see thanks so much. Other than the thread you linked, could I ask if there are any other ‘depositories’ or collections of useful mantras? And would you have any tips as to how they can be used to best effect? Like chant how many times, with what feelings, etc. Thanks again :]

Hey, your situation actually is really similar to mine on a second read. I’m currently very inexperienced in these matters, so I’d like to ask if you’d mind helping out by petitioning Malphas to aid on my behalf? Like I said I’m not sure how these things work specifically, so I totally understand if that’s not possible or you’d not like to do so.

InexpeInexperience doesnt matter. If you let your emotions fuel you and let it drive you into a manic ritual, it will work. Rituals are driven by intent, and emotionally fueled intent is a potent method.

You already do it when you mentally rant about someone when you’re mad. The only thing missing is filling your head with the spirit’s sigil and the order.

With a witch bottle I got rid of annoying people where I study. They started complaining that everything was going wrong for them, and then they disappeared. Another technique is with Azazel’s sword: visualize stabbing their chakras and tearing them apart. They go from looking happy because they think they can take advantage of you to having expressions of fear hahaha. Another technique is a parapsychological attack: visualize torturing them, but don’t look for a reaction—just enjoy it. Within two minutes their attitude changes, they become submissive, and they start trying to please you.
