Crossed eyes and a Seal

I have been looking for 17 years for what this
< is or means… i saw it in the rising sun may 12th 2002. And have been looking for it since.
Not to much information on it from living people.

It resembles the jesus fish. But a eye looking symbol in like a 3rd layer of deep sun staring…
Gold then white. Then like a clear crystal. Then that emerged…
Any information would be appreciated.
