Course not helpful as it is

hello.
I just don’t know who can help me with this. i bought the Evocation video course, but i have not been able to make much of it. I am hard-of-hearing, been that way since the age of 14 and can’t usually understand what is being said in fims unless they have subtitles.
This became very obvious when I bought the course, forgetting my disability. Thus i have watched them over and over, but i can’t understand much of what EA is saying.
The Ebook that came with it is more useful to me that the course, since i can read about all those spirits, see their sigils and begin doing some evocations, thanks to my past experiences in Magic. It is so frustrating to me that i find myself struggling to teach myself what EA is probably explaining plainly throughout the course.
Will there be a new version of the course with subtitles?
Will i learn more if i bought the complete works of EA in eboooki form?
I can learn by reading, but videsos are worthless to me. (Which is why I have not e ven bothered ordering the other courses).
what can I do to learn and know what is being taught in the Evocation course?

I’m in a similar situation, i think that subtitles for the course doesn’t exist

I recommend anyone with such an issue send a support ticket explaining the situation. They are able to communicate with someone who might be able to do something about it at BALG.

Narius is spot-on, contact https://becomealivinggod.zendesk.com/ and see what they can do.

Can you find cheap voice recognition software (I think there’s one by default in Windows 7 - Windows help & learning) and run that along with the video to get a transcript? I’m not sure how well it would work, but it’s all I can think of outside getting some advice from the Support Desk.

Thanks, Narius; Where do we get those tickets from? i have never used the help-desk before.
