I tend to connect with my Darker half my Darker half is stronger than my lighter Half, those are aspects right, Connecting to My Dark side?
Dunno, I don’t subscribe the the idea of “Darkness™” myself.
Depends what you mean by “dark”.
I go with a yin/yang philosophy. Duality needs both to manifest pretty much anything, so dark is not undesirable and light is not the only things that’s wanted or needed.
If you mean you have specific urges that are bothering you and you have unwanted energy, then it would help if you could be more specific.

I’m not sure what you mean by a “dark side of spirit”, but this really sounds like some romantic notion from cartoons that in real life is much more nuances and complex. Again it depends what your “darkness” means to you, and why you are judging it as dark.
