When drawing the sigil of a spirit does it help to use the color associated to that spirit? Or is this another grimoire myth? I’ve heard of using different colored lighting in the temple during evocation but mainly to set the mood.
Unless instructed by a grimoire or the spirit itself, I always draw in black ink.
I think it is just to set the mood, which is important in it’s own right.
But certainly, experiment and have fun. You may end up with a new set of colors and symbols that empower you in a way that more traditional symbols don’t.
Cool I just bought a pack of multicolored markers so I’ll research the plantetary colors and start experimenting!
