every time i do energy meditation my body get cold and numb, and anywhere on the body i focus the energy on the body gets cold n numb
this only happen when i harvest alot of energy
does anyone experience the same situation ?
am thinking if i make my body numb n cold for a longer time i will dead
because i will have no blood running tru my body and vains
and i will need somebody to bring me back to life if my heart stop i think
