Okay so I got this book for cheap and been browsing it. The problem with it is that it has a bunch of other stuff that isn’t either available or just a lot of hassle in order to do the mantras. Is there a way to bypass all the complications and just chant mantras instead? The book is called Mystical Formulae Part 1 Mantras by KT Shubhakaran.
The extra stuff is likely only there to enhance the experience and the state you enter while chanting, but you can chant mantras even without the extra stuff.
It is all about focus and getting into it.
