How can one fully I mean literally 100% activate,balance and cleanse their Chakras ? I mean the way it literally transforms you into a different person and aids your ascension and even your daily life
And what are the blue prints to do it faster ?

Don’t focus on the Chakras would be my advice. Ironically I would say that’s the best way to spiritual ascension. @KurtisJoseph probably has a lot to say about that. The Nei Gong practices, as I’ve been taught them at least, would agree. Have to go now. Will reply to any replies when I get back
